FROM BOY TO MAN

This is a 60-day challenge. It’s not built to comfort you. It’s built to confront you ⧫ and give you a starting point.

Click “Challenge Yourself” to start the 60-day transformation challenge.
60-Day Challenge

A test, not a survey.

Answer 8 short questions. We use them to shape your 60-day path through mind, body, relationships, skills and personal growth.

This won’t click instantly.
The first days are the hardest.
That doesn’t mean it’s wrong ⧫ it means it’s working.
Slow motion is still motion.
STEP 1 ⧫ Mind & Discipline
Where do you fail most when it comes to discipline?
Choose one.
Your 60-Day Calendar
Visualise the work.

As you move through the challenge, days fill up. This represents work ⧫ not results.

Every square represents work, not results.
Some days will feel pointless.
Do them anyway.
Tip: This calendar shows progression as you answer. In real use, you fill the calendar by doing the work daily.

Finally got my discipline back

I didn’t expect a book to hit this hard. The challenge gave me structure without overwhelming me. Simple daily actions, clear direction, and no cringe motivation talk. I’m more consistent in training, my phone use is down, and I actually finish what I start now. I didn’t expect a book to hit this hard. The challenge gave me structure without overwhelming me. The push I needed

This felt like someone finally said what I’ve been avoiding. It’s direct, practical, and real. I started with 30 minutes a day and it was enough to build momentum fast. The biggest change is mental, I’m calmer, sharper, and less reactive. This felt like someone finally said what I’ve been avoiding. It’s direct, practical, and real. I started with 30 minutes... Not comfort, a plan

If you want to be babied, this isn’t it. It’s a mirror and a plan. The routines are realistic and the focus on standards made everything click for me. I’ve been showing up daily and my confidence is different now. Quiet and earned. If you want to be babied, this isn’t it. It’s a mirror and a plan. The routines are realistic and... Helped me after a rough period

I was coming out of a bad breakup and honestly drifting. This gave me something to lock onto. Training, sleep, and boundaries. The progress felt slow at first, then it stacked. Simple, tough, effective

No fluff. Just fundamentals. I like that it doesn’t try to be deep for no reason, it’s actionable. I stopped negotiating with myself and started executing. Even my friends noticed I’m more disciplined and focused. No fluff. Just fundamentals. I like that it doesn’t try to be deep for no reason, it’s actionable. I stopped... No fluff. Just fundamentals. Structure changed everything

I always knew what I should do, but never did it consistently. This gave me a clear structure and removed excuses. The daily non negotiables are simple, but they force honesty. I feel more grounded and in control of my time. I always knew what I should do, but never did it consistently. This gave me a clear structure and removed... Built real momentum

What surprised me most is how fast momentum builds when you stop overthinking. I started small, stayed consistent, and the results followed. My routines are tighter, my energy is better, and I trust myself again. What surprised me most is how fast momentum builds when you stop overthinking. I started small, stayed consistent, and the... Calm confidence, not hype

This doesn’t rely on hype or ego. It’s calm, disciplined, and direct. It helped me set standards and stick to them without burning out. I’m more focused, less distracted, and moving with purpose. A structured action plan. Daily non-negotiables and weekly focus points that build on the 50 skills from the book. It's designed to turn knowledge into habits ⧫ not just read about change, but actually do it.
Yes, it is included. But understanding the skills, applying them consistently, and returning to the book when resistance appears is where the real change happens. We advice reading the whole book, because it will have more impact on you.
Life happens. If you miss a day, don't restart ⧫ just get back on track the next day. The goal is progress, not perfection. Consistency matters more than being flawless. That said, if you're missing multiple days a week, you're not actually doing the challenge.
Expect 1-2 hours per day on average. Some days require more (especially fitness and skill-building days), some less. If you can't commit an hour a day to changing your life, you're not ready for this challenge.
Both. Phase 1 starts with fundamentals anyone can do. By Phase 3, you're pushing yourself harder. The challenge scales with you ⧫ beginners will be challenged, and guys who are already on their path will still find it pushes them forward.
You could, but you shouldn't. The book teaches the 50 skills, and the challenge applies them. Doing the challenge without understanding the skills is like trying to build a house without blueprints. Read first, then challenge yourself.
You'll have built habits, routines, and skills that last. The challenge doesn't end at 60 days ⧫ it's the foundation for the rest of your life. Many guys repeat the challenge at a higher intensity or continue the habits they've built. The transformation doesn't stop unless you do.
